Responsibilities:

                o  Applying revitalizers and preservation agents to interior vinyl or leather surfaces and treats fabrics with spot- and stain-resistant chemicals.

                o  Cleaning engine and engine compartment with steam-cleaning equipment and various cleaning agents.

                o  Applying special-purpose cleaners to remove foreign materials which normal cleaning procedures do not remove, utilizing experience and judgment and following product manufacturer's recommendations.

                o  Inspecting vehicles for noticeable defects, such as dents, scratches, torn upholstery, and poor mechanical operation.

                o  Restoring appearance of engine area, rugs and upholstery, and painted surfaces. Using touch-up paint, dyes, and other appropriate materials.

                o  Using proper eye, hand, and body protection when using products that require protection.

                o  Filling vehicle with fuel.

                o  Applying dressing on tires and tire wells.

                o  Replacing missing or defective small parts.

                o  Maintaining showroom and stock vehicles in clean and presentable condition at all times.

                o  Ensuring proper stickers are displayed in the vehicle's window.

                o  Removing all window stickers on sold vehicles.

                o  Keeping work area neat and clean.

The Parts Retail Counterperson is responsible for obtaining parts and accessories for both the service technicians and retail clients. This individual must maintain the Parts Department in a clean and orderly manner. The Parts Counterperson will assist with inventory ordering, stocking and control.

 

Responsibilities:

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to the following; other duties may be assigned.

                o  Maintain up-to-date product and technical knowledge sufficient to effectively communicate with clients, technicians and service staff.

                o  Apply knowledge of vehicle and product to discuss use and features of various parts.

                o  Apply ethical selling techniques and comply with all applicable laws, regulations and internal policies and procedures controlling vehicle parts sales and handling.

                o  Properly price all parts on Service or Parts Orders.

                o  Promptly fill client orders and process computer records and paperwork for quotes, sales and returns.

                o  Advise client as to substitution or modification of part when requested part

                o  is not available.

                o  Promptly notify clients when previously ordered parts arrive.

                o  Examine returned parts to determine if parts are defective; exchange part(s) or process refund pursuant with stated company policy.

                o  Restock parts as needed to their proper bin location; support the department by proactively identifying and reporting inventory needs and conducting inventory maintenance.

                o  Support the companys efforts to train and cross-train employees.

                o  Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers and promote inter- and intra-team collaboration and cooperation.

                o  Report to management any situation or condition considered to jeopardize the safety, welfare or integrity of Mossy, its employees or clients.

Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:

                o  Meet and greet service customers, taking service calls from customers to schedule appointments.

                o  Advise customers of estimated service and repair costs and review details of service/repair invoice with customer to gain their understanding of all services provided.

                o  Determine progress of repair/service orders and inform customer accordingly.

                o  Establish long-term positive relationships with customers.
