First time with Mossy Ford's mobile service. My experience was wonderful. He arrived on-time and performed the 40,000 mile maintenance service without a hitch. He explained what was needed and what wasn't. That was the surprise, that I didn't need to purchase anything extra. I was amazed. He said it would take about an hour and it did. I will definitely use the mobile service again and I would highly recommend it to anyone. It is much better than going to the dealer, waiting to check in, waiting for the service, waiting to check out, waiting for them to bring my car up. They can't do everything but any normal maintenance, it is a breeze.
I was treated like a king. I came in just to do a 40k mile “check-up” and was shown the waiting room which had a continental breakfast and water. At one point, an employee (I think her name was Tiffany) came in and offered me a coke from the vending machine. The appointment took about 3 hours, then I was asked if I wanted to upgrade my tires. To be honest, I came in knowing the tread depth was low so I expected the question earlier. I explained that I would like to get new tires, but I had missed lunch and I needed to eat something. David Lee Diaz then offered to buy my a Lyft to nearby Pacific Beach to just hang out while they added new tires. So I hung out in PB instead of the waiting room on their dime. That’s amazing service; thanks to everyone there who took care of me.
My car stopped on the side of the road. As soon as roadside assistance left, I called Mossy Ford, spoke with the service coordinator, parts department, and service department who does the labor, who booked me for an appointment within the hour. This is important because I was driving while all this was taking place. As a previous client, they had all my car's info on file. When I arrived, 5 minute checking and transparent estimate, no hidden fees and charges. They did the work within an hour ide tidied additional work that was needed, some of which intook care of that day, some forthwith I made an appointment the following week. Fantastic customer care. As a woman, I felt no pressure, there was great communication, helpfulness by everyone on the team. Free water and expresso while you wait. And this is why Mossy Ford is my go-to service provider.

I am a HUGE Mossy Ford fan!!! I have had my car serviced there twice and have received exceptional customer service both times. As a matter of fact, i moved an hour and a half from Mossy Ford but I am committed to driving there rather than a closer Ford dealership! I have worked directly with the Assistant Service Manager, Andrew Monroe and he is fantastic. His follow through and Customer Service truly exceeds my expectation. We dropped by the dealership last week to take a look at the 2022 Mach-E. We were greeted by a very personable and knowledgeable salesperson, Skylar Goss. He patiently answered all of our questions while we inspected the only model on the lot. After taking the vehicle for a test drive we would have bought the Premium model on the spot, however there is a substantial backlog to obtain one. Suffice it to say that Skylar was instrumental in convincing us to buy one.

Got me checked into my appointment quickly, drop my car off for a door latch recall. They got me into a rental to get back and forth. Car was finished the same day I dropped it off. They kept me updated on everything.

I had a great experience at the Quick Lane service area. David Diaz was exceptional in his customer service. He and the 2 women working at the same area were very helpful and quick. We bought our used Jeep Renegade from them last year and had a wonderful experience with them. We took it in this week to get it serviced for maintenance and once again, was pleased with their maintenance department as well. This was our first time going in for maintenance, and David greeted us and helped us out. He was very knowledgable, friendly, and just a really fun guy to talk to.
