Ford sent us a letter for recall, it was easy to make an appointment in the morning and the service was done early afternoon. I am happy with this appointment.

I was skeptical at first, I don’t like to schedule with call centers. I was traveling and made an appointment, arrived 30 minutes early and they got me right in. Shot for a time and finished early. Beyond friendly and helpful. Service writer even got me a ride so I could visit with my son who’s stationed locally. Awesome experience!

During my search for a new vehicle I visited all of the Ford dealerships in San Diego, and Mossy was the best. The people there were friendly and knowledgeable, and they did not pressure me into buying a vehicle right there and then. When I did decide to purchase they helped me get exactly what I wanted. This was my best experience with a dealership.

Mossy Ford took us on short notice on a Monday am for LOF and checking a fuel problem, linked to bad diesel fuel and loss of power, similar in a diesel with DEF when you run low on DEF.........they did the work in about 2 hours and we were back on the road....very clean establishment, clean waiting facility including coffee bar espresso computerized gizmo!!!

I have had nothing but excellent service at Mossy Ford for the past year and a half with my F250. I had one diesel injector fail shortly after I bought the truck and they repaired it as quickly as FEDEX could get the part to them. I live quite aways from the dealership and so have to wait on service. They have always provided me an appointment and usually I'm on my way again within an hour and a half or two hours.

All of the service department employees at Mossy Ford exceed expectations. Trish, Mike, Andrew, and Kameron are excellent.

At first I was being batted between Parts and Service and ended up in Parts. This was for a 3G to 4G upgrade. Finally on my most recent call I was fortunate enough to talk to Frank in Service. He told me to bring the car in, which I did. He did all the paperwork and said that the part was on back order and being re-engineered. I was now officially in the queue for the upgrade. I don't think that I was in any queue prior to Frank taking care of it. I appreciate his professional service.
