First time with Mossy Ford's mobile service. My experience was wonderful. He arrived on-time and performed the 40,000 mile maintenance service without a hitch. He explained what was needed and what wasn't. That was the surprise, that I didn't need to purchase anything extra. I was amazed. He said it would take about an hour and it did. I will definitely use the mobile service again and I would highly recommend it to anyone. It is much better than going to the dealer, waiting to check in, waiting for the service, waiting to check out, waiting for them to bring my car up. They can't do everything but any normal maintenance, it is a breeze.

Hi Craig, It was nice speaking with you this morning. Thank you again for sending Diego out to reset the computer in my 2017 Ford Escape. It was so convenient and honestly the best experience ever. Diego was very quick, professional, and efficient.
